its so fun to make friends and have interesting plots between our characters, that's why we got this site in the first place! its not much fun rping alone, so please take a look below and consider any possible plots heronstar

notes: heronstar is polygamous, and generally unfaithful when it comes to love. he struggles to keep a single lover, though he does have a mate in windclan. he breeds outside of his clan but rarely finds true love, and instead has very brief relationships.
when it comes to friends, heronstar is incredibly loyal and faithful, and will easily risk his life for cats he loves.
heronstar makes enemies easier than he makes friends, with his biting attitude its easy for many cats to not favor him.

apprentice: OPEN notes: snakinggrass is hard to get along with, he's very argumentative, however he bonds well with those who are very similar to him. if you have a mean, pushy, loyal, longtail-vibes kinda cat, then he'd make a great friend!
snake is demisexual biromantic, which means he can have romantic relations with males and females, but he needs to have an emotional connection before he can even think about having kittens or fooling around. he values emotional connections more than sexual connections.
this boy makes enemies like a pastime, feel free to throw anyone at him!
snakinggrass would love love love an apprentice! he'd grow obsessive about caring for his apprentice very quick, and would plan each training session and train for hours each and every day. if he would work for your apprentice, throw them at him!

notes: aspencall isn't very open to cats other than his family, but if he were to have had some friends as a child, he'd be likely to reconnect with them as he got older. throw some suggestions at me!
aspen is strictly straight, he only falls for girlies! though this is a bit limiting, i feel aspen as a character is genuinely hetero. as such, throw your girls at him! i would absolutely love for him to have a little girlfriend to run around with, and who would either support or discourage him going to find his lost rogue family.
aspen has a few cats who probably wouldn't like him because he wasn't born of shadowclan, but was also raised by the leader and given special advantages. throw your kitties at him! he's likely to be more aggressive towards males, but could probably have some verbal disputes with females too.
aspen is a lil too young to have an apprentice, however i think this could make a good plot! if you have a young kitty you'd like to get involved as his apprentice, hmu owo

when it comes to friends, heronstar is incredibly loyal and faithful, and will easily risk his life for cats he loves. he finds females easier to converse with than males, and is less likely to argue with them. he's overly generous with his friends, intentionally kind, and tends to have them on his mind a lot. his rudeness still peeks through every so often, but not intentionally so. being his friend can be both tiring and rewarding.

ex: kinda just want a threading buddy and someone to keep heron sane and help him with the loss of heatherstar, hmu for more details <3
since you were little, you and heronstar have always had a connection. you remember him when he was heronkit, kind and sensitive; then when he was heronpaw, brittle and bitter; and again as herontail when he fled windclan, and finally returned to drive off stormstar.
you were one of the cats to back him up, along side heatherstar, and as warriors you two bonded and grew closer. you two deal with the pain of losing heatherstar together.
late night hunts were a common for you two, and to this day you love and care for each other.
you were surprised, whether pleasantly, passively, or sadly, when he chose sittingowl to become deputy instead of you, but you two had a conversation later and he claimed he thought sittingowl's experience would help guide him better, even if you two were close friends.
despite this, he values you and cares for you, and even the little things like bringing you fresh prey or consulting you when you're down shows you his devotion for you.
he considers you his best friend, and as his body grows older he's chosen you primarily to have fun with him.
you two sneak off to experience the wonders of the world, leaving sittingowl in charge, and possibly start to develop romantic feelings.
spying on the other clans affairs and sneaking about the human settlements has drawn you closer and became a pastime.
who knows what you two will discover on these adventures?

ex: i want this because i'd love some development between heron and non windclan cats, i think itd be interesting to see whether your cat lets up and heron advances on another clan, or what might happen if your cat refuses!
you met along the border, perhaps on a patrol skirmish, and quickly hit it off.
his attitude was biting, but you slipped past it quickly, and you two were hunting on neutral territory soon enough.
you meet every so often, defying the laws of your clans in favor of friendship.
you know he doesn't really tell people about you, and you two don't talk much about your clans when together.
sometimes, he pries about information about your clan and what they're up to.
will you yield to preserve your friendship, or take the risk of breaking your bond by refusing to let up information?

heronstar makes enemies easier than he makes friends, with his biting attitude it's easy for many cats to not favor him. some cats he has a natural distaste for, and is more likely to quarrel with males than females. he's very intense and bitter when it comes to his enemies, whether they've lasted for years or days; it makes no difference to him. against his enemies, he'll use his position of power to put them down more often than he would've been able to if he were a warrior still.

ex: i want to paint heron as a more malevolent character, and a more disloyal one. also, i think this could bring about some good conflict between characters and clans, and i figured the site could use a few kittens. this ones a bit more dramatic than the others, and definitely more involved, but i think it'd be fun and could definitely show some more of heron's true colors! what will become of the mother? heronstar's relationship w his mate and son? the kittens?
late nights up with the tom who never seems to grow weary have drawn you further from completing your warrior duties on time and with perfection.
you seemed to be doing fine before, but your leaders and family members have taken notice to your constant sleepy face on patrols or during meetings. they also notice your ever excited and eager grin during gatherings.
you do your best to hide it but it's becoming more obvious.
do they predict that you've been disloyal? sneaking away to hunt and play tag with the leader of windclan? that your belly will be swollen in months to come?
you hope heronstar will back you up, will have your side if things get out of control.
he seems like he will, you trust him and his smooth, kind words.
as the moons grow long, your patience grows thin and your paranoia grows strong. trying to bring this up to him gets little more than reassurance and dismissive comments.
you wonder, what will become of your future when these half blood kin squirm in your belly?

apprentices
heronstar is plenty old enough to have an apprentice, and has had a considerable few before. he can be hard on his trainees, constantly trying to push them to their limits. he also goes out of his way to train them in his own image, teaching them his own morals and values and skills. he wants them to survive, of course, but he wants to mold them into cats he feels worthy enough to live in his clan. he'll teach them to put value in truth, honesty, determination, wit, and stubbornness. he will teach them to never let up and to be constant and persistent. when he's previously formed a bond with a future apprentice, he'll have a huge heart for them, and will be considerably more easy on them than other apprentices who he hasn't bonded with yet.
