The Death of Many Leaders: After many deaths, the clans are left without any high ranking figures.
Little to no percipitation. Tempatures during the day stick to around 20-30 degrees, and drop to -5 degrees at night.

Prey is fleeting. Many small rodents and birds are dying. The only source of food are larger birds, small predators, and fish.
WindClan:
Prey is decent. While small animals are practically gone and many large birds have left, there are still many hares, and the river is as full as ever.
